I went on a ghost tour with a fairly reputable ghost society. While on the tour I tried to chat up the guide to let him know that I wasn't some crazy who watched GH and thinks now they can be a professional ghost hunter. He just shrugged it off.

So while on the tour at a few spots, he gave very vague details about the spirits, and all of the sudden I started getting images of the spirits and was able to give him very clear details of the young girl at one place. I told him about the little girl, how old she was, what her hair looked like etc. He told me that I was dead one as thats what the family who currently lives at the location told him. It actually freaked me out a bit that I was able to do this.

At the next spot I fell someone grabbing at my coat, looked around and asked two people next to me if they bumped me. They both said no.
Then when we reached the spot, the guide proceeded to talk about the murder. And I started rambling about that where the guide said the kid got shot was not correct and I pointed to an area back to where I felt I was being tugged on. Then I went on to tell everyone in the group that the group of boys was shot at, the one got hit and went stumbling down the street and grabbed on to his friend. The whole time at the particular spot I had this overwhelming sadness and grief, complete with chest pains and a horrible stomach ache.
There was a woman with the group and she had the K2 meter out and it was flashing a little bit. Every time I would speak about the boy Lawrence the meter would flash. The guide asked her to ask the spirit if he wanted to talk to me, and sure enough it was flashing like crazy.
I freaked out and wouldn't talk to the spirit. The guide seemed disappointed that I didn't want anything to do with it.
Truthfully, I was completely freaked out by all the events that had taken place.

The guide pulled me aside after the tour and said he was impressed by my abilities and wanted to talk to me in more detail about my past experiences.
Im not sure what to make of anything. I do know that I creeped out my friend who was on the tour with me and now it's a joke " I see dead people" etc.

When I was little and a few times when I was older, I saw things, felt things. Can one suppress it for a while and it can come back?
Is there something I can do to I guess hone my abilities a little bit? I dont want to be a physic, I would just like to learn a bit more about this.
Should I contact the ghost society? Im kinda still freaked out by everything...
