  • I think you are opening up to psychic potential. I dont think there is anything wrong with you.I here voices and even have conversations with them.I see things out of the corner of my eye but what I realy like is the full starburst effect, This is like a camera flash and they can be different colors. They cue off of my thoughts and emotions,Inner self communicating with me???
I believe peaple on the whole are becoming more sensitive to psychic phenomena,I say dont worry relax and enjoy the show.Play with it, Learn to filter and screen what you are recieving. If it gets to be to much they do make little green pills to make it all go away, I personally would not recomend that .Peaple pay tons of money every year attempting to see what you see naturaly
I hope this helped some charles
    • Obviously you can't just "relax and enjoy" as the last person suggested.
If you are having an experience that is intrusive and follows you no matter what you are doing, then you have a serious problem.
You might want to google <spiritual emergence network> which gives some perspectives from therapists who do not necessarily dismiss that psychotic symptoms, such as these, might have some positive or spiritual aspects to them. But by all means do see a professional as it is unlikely that these experience will just go away on their own.
      • He did say that it stops when he asks it to.I have had these symptoms, they became positive experiences when I quit stressing over it and started working with it rather than fighting it. It is obvious to me that you can just relax and enjoy it as that is exactly what I have done.
Also you might try cleansing your space with sage charles
        • you could very well be experiencing 'otherworldly' happenings....................but the nurse that i am can't deny the possibility of some types of mental problems such as schizophrenia.............please consider both possibilities...........if it's the first thing, enjoy it for what it is...if it's the 2nd, there are meds out there for it......
          • yes i do think you are experionceing a paranormal and don't beleave micky or mikey or whatever his or her name is it is just rude!!!! your not crazy she say's that to everyone!.
            • I also "feel" spirits, very rarely "see" them
<& yes, I've been seen by psychiatrists, among them the head of neuroscience at California Pacific Hospital & he says I'm just fine>
the times when I have "seen" spirits, I was surprised by them
<they usually need some kind of fear energy to manifest>
but generally, I'm not frightened by that kind of thing,
              so they leave me alone,
              in that way

I've been told that I have a "larger number than regular" number of spirits around me,
maybe that's why they are "no big deal" to me
& why they can't frighten me the way they would "ordinary people"
              I don't know
              I'm not "ordinary people"

in order to "see" them more often,
I'd suggest keeping an open mind
& allowing for lots of "wiggle room" in your peripheral vision
<don't decide that you have the one & only answer too early in the game>
but I'm not that great at "seeing" the things that I know share my environment with me,
I "feel" much better than I "see"

              love all-ways,
              mem
              • As A magician I can attest to how easy it is to fool people.

                Mostly they fool themselves.

Many times I have myself been astounded by what will fool most people.

Many years ago when I was employed as a demonstrator at a magic shop in San Francisco one of the tricks I sold many of was the linking rings. A trick I still recommend to any interested in understanding magic and illusion even if you never perform it.

One day a woman and her son who had purchased a set earlier that day came back to the store to exchange the rings he had bought.

They said I had pulled a switch.

After all the rings I used actually "melted through each other".

I showed them the very rings I used for demos. I showed them exactly how I did the trick. It mattered not.

They were convinced that some how I was able to make solid metal melt and reform in my hands.

If I had that ability - I asked - "What am I doing working for commission in a magic shop?"

                This is just one example.

I have had people come up to me and describe things they remember me doing that I wish I could do. I have had numerous people ascribe to me some kind of supernatural power no matter how clear I make it that I have no such ability. Again if I had such powers I would not have been working for tips at a night club - I would be trying to solve the problems of the world.

People allow thier minds to fill in details that are not there. Once they accept the "reality" of what the mind has made up it is very hard give that up. As most law enforcement professionals will tell you - eye witness evidence is the least reliable of all.

So while many here post of "knowing" that they have direct experience with spirits or other aspects of they have spent little or no time looking for a more prosaic explanation.

And folks - the simpler explanation is most often the best.

Remember an open mind is important - just not so open that you let all reason fall out.
